Message: This was my first periodontal experience. Facing 2 pretty extensive gum procedures was daunting at best and I had no idea what to expect. My first impression was that the office and exam rooms are inviting and impeccably clean and the support staff including the office manager, Joanne, and Dr. Pavlakos’ assistant, Sandra, are very supportive and helpful. Dr. Pavlakos is extremely easy to talk to and very gentle. He made both procedures amazingly easy for me by explaining all steps before the procedure as well as during the procedure step-by-step. He has a comforting and confident voice and manner which instilled confidence in me as well. He followed up each procedure with an easy to understand explanation of steps to follow at home as well as telling me to call him any time if I had any questions or concerns. Joanne called me the next day each time to check on me as well. My gum procedures look great and I am beyond happy that my very particular dentist highly recommended Dr. Pavlakos. He was right – Dr. Pavlakos is incredibly skilled and highly professional and the results of his surgery are fabulous.
