Name: R.M.
Message: The facility is nice and quite clean. The staff appeared professional. The main concern told to me by my relative (who is a resident) is that a few nurses (on different shifts) are not very helpful when assistance is needed.

Message: Excellent staff at Seacrest. My grandmother was here and was very well taken care of. The social workers helped us every step of the way.

Message: The facility is dangerously understaffed, patients have to wait for hours to get their needs met, that is if they have someone to advocate for them, otherwise nobody pays attention. 2nd floor nurses were very nice and caring to my mother, not so much upstairs on the higher floors, as soon as she got transferred, she started getting worse. Social worker Bill is totally useless and impossible to get a hold of, doesn't return phone calls and doesn't address the issues.

Message: My mother is a dialysis patient at Sea Crest, I expected the room would be an ocean view because of the location, but beautiful patio even though it was closed because of the weather. The more dialysis the better my mom got, we were very happy.
